About us
Who we are
Tefcold Horeca is the refrigeration catalogue of SIA "LA RONDE", a Latvian supplier of professional kitchen and bar equipment. The company has worked with the hospitality trade for more than twenty years and sells across Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.
Everything here is sold by one legal entity, from one warehouse in Riga, with one phone number answered by people who know the equipment. There is no marketplace behind this catalogue and no third-party sellers.
What we sell
The catalogue carries the TEFCOLD range: 768 items in 117 sections. Refrigerated and freezer cabinets, counters and preparation tables, bar coolers and bottle coolers, ice cream freezers, display and showcase cabinets, cold rooms and shelving systems.
Every item shows its article number, capacity and temperature range, and the price both without and with VAT — the two figures a buyer needs before a purchase order is written.
Who buys from us
Most of our buyers are businesses: restaurants, bars and cafés, hotels, canteens, bakeries and food producers. Orders are settled against an invoice, which is how equipment of this class is normally bought.
The shop is set up for business buyers: prices are shown without VAT and orders are settled against an invoice. If a private individual does buy here, the rights that consumer law gives them still apply — the law grants those rights whatever a shop writes.
Service and support
Refrigeration is bought for years of work, so the sale is only the first part of it. The company runs its own service for professional kitchen, bar and refrigeration equipment: installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnosis and repair, with original manufacturer parts.
Service requests go to [email protected]. Tell us the equipment, the model and what happened — a description saves a visit.
Where we are
Our shop and warehouse are at Vagonu iela 23, Riga, LV-1009. Equipment can be seen and collected there during working hours; write or call first if you are coming for a specific model, because part of the range is held to order.
The registered office of SIA "LA RONDE" is Miera iela 32A-15, Riga, LV-1001. That address is for documents, not for collection.
